Bue’s practice focuses on international tax and estate planning, with the goal of helping clients plan for the future. Whether Bue is working with multinational corporations to address issues and set up effective structures, or with individuals and families to meet their estate planning needs, he tailors his services to give them practical answers that meet their needs.
International tax practice
Bue strives to provide proactive and practical services to businesses. He has worked with family-owned, Oregon-grown businesses and multinational Fortune 100 companies in the Pacific Northwest. In the ever-changing world of international tax, his experience with tax consulting, legal analysis, international structuring, and risk management enables him to focus creating the most value for his clients. Bue’s goal is to learn as much as possible about each client’s business and operations to meet their specific needs. He recommends strategies to clients that are practical and can be implemented by their businesses.
Estate planning practice
Each individual and family is unique, and Bue’s goal is to work with his clients to understand their concerns and ensure their wishes are taken care of. This may include making sure that client’s possessions go to the people, pets, or organizations they care about, providing for care and financial management if an individual becomes incapacitated, or providing for loved ones with special needs. Bue tailors each estate plan to the client, whether that includes a will, trust, advanced directive, powers of attorney, charitable trust, or tax plan. Bue’s goal is to have clients feel secure that they have the pieces in place, so their goals and needs will be taken care of, even in the face of adversity.
