Recent Litigation Success:
- Successfully litigated a case involving two tech founders in a $4mm lawsuit from former business partner. Client prevailed on counter claims and received entitlement to attorney’s fees.
- Litigated on behalf of former CEO in the Portland construction industry whose employer sued for $1,000,000 and tried to enforce a non-competition and non-solicitation agreement. Grant defeated the motion for preliminary injunction and brought counterclaims for non-payment of wages. Client was awarded over $2mm in unpaid wages, interest, and attorney fees and employer received $0 and the non-competition and non-solicitation agreement were ruled invalid. Read More.
